ODIBS Achieves Accreditation from QAHE (International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education).
We are thrilled to announce that OD International Business School (ODIBS) has officially received accreditation from the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE). This prestigious recognition underscores ODIBS’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in education and training.
The accreditation is valid from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2026 (and can be extended every year!).
QAHE is a globally recognized accrediting agency dedicated to promoting excellence in educational institutions. By achieving this accreditation, ODIBS demonstrates its dedication to providing top-notch educational programs that meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
ODIBS holds International Accreditation from ASIC (Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges, and Universities).
The accreditation is valid from January 26, 2021, to January 26, 2025 (with the option to renew for another 4 years!).
ASIC Accreditation is a leading, globally recognised quality standard in international education. Institutions undergo an impartial and independent external assessment process to confirm their provision meets rigorous internationally accepted standards, covering the whole spectrum of its administration, governance, and educational offering. Achieving ASIC Accreditation demonstrates to students and stakeholders that an institution is a high-quality education provider that delivers safe and rewarding educational experiences and is committed to continuous improvement throughout its operation.
About ASIC: One of the largest international accreditation agencies operating in 70+ countries, ASIC is recognised in the UK by UKVI – UK Visas and Immigration (part of the Home Office of the UK Government), is ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) Accredited and is a Full Member of The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), a member of the BQF (British Quality Foundation), a member of the International Schools Association (ISA), and an institutional member of EDEN (European Distance and E-Learning Network).
Erkenning
CRKBO – erkend
ODIBS is officieel ingeschreven in het Centraal Register Kort Beroepsonderwijs (CRKBO).
Geldig van 30 okt. 2017 tot 30 okt. 2029 (na iedere periode van 4 jaar is een nieuwe beoordeling van de registratie nodig!). Deze inschrijving betekent een officiële erkenning van de kwaliteit van de opleidingsactiviteiten.
Ons opleidingsinstituut heeft de audit voor het CRKBO succesvol afgerond en voldoet daarmee aan de kwaliteitscode voor opleidingsinstellingen voor Kort Beroepsonderwijs!
Het CRKBO is een onafhankelijke organisatie die onderzoekt of opleidingsinstituten aan kwaliteitseisen voldoen om een officieel kwaliteitskeurmerk te krijgen. Toetsing vindt plaats door middel van een uitgebreide audit (uitgevoerd door het Centrum Post Initieel Onderwijs Nederland, kortweg CPION ’het onafhankelijk auditbureau dat tevens verantwoordelijk is voor ‘toetsing, registratie en diplomering van post-initiële opleidingen’ in Nederland). Uitgangspunten bij de audit zijn: zorgvuldigheid, rechtszekerheid, redelijkheid, betrouwbaarheid en kenbaarheid.
Als gevolg van de positieve afronding van de audit staat ODIBS als erkende onderwijsinstelling ingeschreven in het CRKBO register. Een inschrijving in het CRKBO is een erkenning zoals bedoeld in de genoemde Europese richtlijn. Dit betekent dat een onderwijsinstelling regelmatig wordt gecontroleerd en beoordeeld op alle onderdelen waaraan een beroepsopleiding moet voldoen. Gekeken wordt naar de kwaliteit van de opleidingsinstelling zoals de transparantie van de informatie en de verwachting van de studenten.
Door middel van deze erkenning is het tevens mogelijk om opleidingen vrij van BTW aan te bieden.
Als internationale business school streven wij naar optimale kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Registratie in het CRKBO is dan ook een mooie erkenning voor hetgeen waar wij voor staan (onder andere): kwaliteit van de studentprocessen, heldere en eerlijke informatievoorziening, duidelijke doelen en eindkwalificaties, voorzieningen voor studenten die vertraging oplopen, klachtenprocedures, kwaliteit van docenten en van het opleidingsmanagement.
Ook onze docenten zijn geregistreerd in dit CRKBO register.
